Return + Refund Policy
- Items will only be allowed to be returned or exchanged if the product is damaged.
- Customers who wish to return item(s) must contact Belis Jewelry ([email protected]) within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and how you wish to receive the refund.
- Customers must return the items along with the jewelry pouch(es).
- Full refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days once Belis Jewelry has received the item(s).
- A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. However, customers have the option to receive the refund as store credit.
- All sale items are final and not subject to our refund policy.
- Our return/refund policy does not apply to items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the sender.
